Coronavirus (COVID-19): International Inn update and your FAQs answered
Following the Prime Minister’s address to the nation we have now received specific instruction that hotels, hostels, bed and breakfasts, campsites, caravan parks, and boarding houses are required to close. As a result, we have temporarily closed International Inn for at least 3 weeks in line with the current government guidelines.
Are working hours have been limited and customer replies will be made within 24 hours throughout the period we are closed. All our booked guests who have stays up to including 14th April are instructed to cancel their booking. We will be providing a full refund, regardless of the rate type of the booking. We regret that we cannot accept any new arrivals at our hotels from 24th March.
We wish our guests were here – we really do – but nothing is more important than getting through the current crisis together.
We will therefore look to re-open as soon as we can, in line with any government advice.
In order to comply with the latest Government guidelines if you have a stay in this period, regardless of rate type, we instruct you to cancel/modify your booking online.
Can I Cancel My Reservation?
General reservations can be cancelled in line with our standard cancellation policy, if you booked using a non refundable rate you can alter your booking to a future date by contacting us via our onsite chat or emailing us us at email@example.com specifying the dates you have booked and your reservation number.
